Our Research Lead is Dr. Kerry Ann O’Meara, Professor of Higher Education, Director of the ADVANCE Program for Inclusive Excellence, and Associate Dean for Faculty and Graduate Affairs at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is President of the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE). On her team are postdoctoral scholar Dr. Damani White-Lewis and graduate assistant Dawn Culpepper who contribute greatly to the project.
